If you have enabled location services on your phone, we may collect your location information to make a map available to the recipients of your messages showing your location. If you do not want this information collected by us, you can disable location services on your phone.
In general, Personal Data you submit to us is used either to respond to requests that you make or to help us to improve services. Your Data may be used in the following ways:
Facilitate the creation of and secure your Account on our network;
Identify you as a user in our system;
Provide improved administration of our Site and Services;
Match the Services you request with an available provider.
Enhance the site and matching services.
Verify ownership of the e-mail address provided when your Account was created;
E-mail notifications for security, support and maintenance information and alerts;
Communicate via email and other electronic means to facilitate matching providers for engagement.
Communicate with you, from time to time for feedback, security and service enhancement.
Provide information, surveys, offers, and promotional materials related to our Matching Services or marketing purposes of AFSC.
We reserve the right to use Anonymous Data for any purpose and disclose Anonymous Data to third parties in our sole discretion.
Users. We will share your Personal Data with providers solely for the purpose of Matching Service requests with licensed providers.
User Profile. As a core element of the Matching Service System, most of the Personal Data you provide to us when you register or update your Account becomes a part of your User Profile. We use your UP to match requests for Provider Services and to facilitate our Matching Services.
Other Disclosures. AFSC may disclose Personal Data if it believes in good faith or is compelled in connection with any legal investigation, to comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on AFSC to protect or defend the rights or property of AFSC.
Changing or Deleting Your Personal Data. You may change any of your Personal Data in your Account by editing your profile within your Account or by sending an e-mail to us at the e-mail address set forth below. You may request deletion of your Personal Data by us, and we will use reasonable efforts to honor your request but some information may be required to be held for a certain period of time. We may also retain your information for fraud or similar purposes.
Third Party Payment Processing. For online payments and/or Automated Clearing House (ACH) payouts, we use the payment services of Braintree https://Braintree.com. In the event that the last e-mail address that you have provided us is not valid, or for any reason is not capable of delivering to you the notice described above, our dispatch of the e-mail containing such notice will nonetheless constitute effective notice of the changes described in the notice. If you do not wish to permit changes in our use of your Personal Data, you must notify us prior to the effective date of the changes that you wish to deactivate your Account with us. Continued use of our Site or Service, following notice of such changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.
